Drew Richmond here. Thanks for stopping by. I'm a photographer in Gravenhurst, Ontario who gets excited about capturing beauty in the world, whether that is in nature, travelling or the inner beauty of people.
I've been an avid photographer for nearly 40 years, becoming interested in photography at a young age, delving into the black and white darkroom. Today, I enjoy people, street and nature photography.
Capturing a person's personality, especially those that "don't photograph well," is very rewarding. I enjoy investing the time needed to understand the client, create a photographic experience that is unique, fun and lets their real personality show through.

The above two pictures were done for the website of a training restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The restaurant was part of KOTO (Know One Teach One) that is dedicated to taking street kids off the street and giving them training in the hospitality industry. I volunteered my time not only for this but for another restaurant and one of their graduation ceremonies.
